Keyless Entry Door Lock

A smart lock is fitted to the entry door of both cottages.

An access code specific to your booking will be sent to you in the days leading up to your stay, and will only function during your booking period.

The code is simply entered into the smart lock keypad located just above the door handle, followed by the open button (labelled ULTRALOQ) at the bottom of the keypad. Wait for the lock to open and turn the handle to enter your cottage stay.

To lock the door, simply close the door and push the ULTRALOQ button at the bottom of the keypad.

Trouble shooting section:

• Are you at the correct cottage? You’ll find the name of the cottage on a plaque next to the entrance door. Double check your booking to review the name of the cottage you booked to stay in.

• In the unlikely event that the door lock battery is flat, please contact the property manager on 0429 709 139 to get the code for the lock box.
