Keyless Entry Door Lock

A smart, simple way to access your cottage stay — no keys, no fuss.

How It Works

Both cottages are fitted with a smart lock for seamless, key free entry.
Your personalised access code will be sent to you in the days leading up to your stay, and will only be active for the duration of your booking.

To unlock:

  1. Enter your code on the keypad (located above the door handle).

  2. Press the ULTRALOQ button at the bottom of the keypad.

  3. Wait for the lock to disengage, then turn the handle to enter.

To lock:

Simply close the door and press the ULTRALOQ button once.
The door will automatically lock.

  • Is the door not unlocking?

    It might be a simple mix-up (it happens!).
    Double-check that you’re at the right cottage by referring to your booking confirmation — the cottage name in your booking should match the name plaque beside the entrance door.

    Is the lock unresponsive?

    In the unlikely event that the lock battery is flat, it can still be opened manually with a backup key. Please contact the property manager on 0429 709 139 to report the fault, and receive the emergency key lockbox location and code.
